• Serve as a investment advisor for Stone Equity Group, one of Orange County’s top 5 fastest growing companies named by the Orange County Business Journal December 2008.
• Wrote and executed marketing campaign for new medical device company that generated $4million in revenue within 90 days of being introduced to the market.
• As a partner at a top 10 Orange County agency, the firm grew by at least 10 percent in annual revenues, landed the firm's largest sponsorship contract, and successfully represented a diversified list of clientele including some of the largest firms in the world: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Marsh, Volvo, Land Rover, Weider Publications (Men's Health, Shape, Muscle & Fitness, Flex magazines), the Tommy Bahama Newport to Ensenada International Yacht Race, Snell & Wilmer, MICE Displayworks, the County of Orange, as well as other clients in various industries.
• Wrote advertising and book titles for ZondervanPublishingHouse, including the biography of basketball great David Robinson, written by Steve Hubbard.
• During 5-year corporate stint as Marketing Manager for Star Trac, a leading manufacturer of health club exercise equipment, the firm grew from $5 million to $25 million in annual revenues. Serving a dual role, I expanded the $4 million export business, from 40 to 65 countries and generating as much as 35 percent of the corporation's overall revenues.
• Served as Editor of start-up DFA Sport Magazine, and a regular contributor for the internal communications departments’ of Union Pacific Railroad, and specialty publications for the Omaha World-Herald.

2001-Accredited in Public Relations (APR) is a professional designation earned from the Public Relations Society of America and its Universal Accreditation Board. The APR designation was attained after passing a six-hour written and one-hour oral exam covering areas such as ethics, law, research, planning, evaluation and crises communications.
1990-Bachelor of General Studies degree in Communications with emphasis in Journalism and International Studies from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Journalism tutor. Associate Editor and Sports Editor of campus, bi-weekly newspaper the UNO Gateway. Paid internships with the Omaha Lancers Hockey Club and New Horizons newspaper.
1985-High School Diploma, Littleton High School, Littleton, Colorado. Two-time Most Valuable Player for the basketball team, All-State selection, Colorado All-Star team member, athletic scholarship winner and NAIA National Tournament appearance on basketball team at Westmont College, Santa Barbara, California 1985-86.

David brings leadership to Investor Advantage, having been a partner in one of Orange County’s most prestigious marketing firms as well as having owned and operated his own independent award-winning marketing company, BizEx Marketing. David has serviced clients small and large, specializing in launching new companies, products and services.
Starting at the age of 12, David became involved in Real Estate through the family construction business. During those early years David also developed a passion for basketball which he was later recognized as a two-time MVP and All-State selection during his high school years, and earning him an athletic scholarship at Westmont College. After transferring to the University of Nebraska-Omaha, he realized his professional passion for being an entrepreneur through his involvement in the Campus newspaper. While serving on the editorial staff leadership, the UNO Gateway where he won numerous accolades for best feature article, best business/specialty publication by the Society of Professional Journalists, Best Feature Series, honors by the Columbia Scholastic Press Association, the American Scholastic Press Association, and the Nebraska Press Association, with design content and photography honors as well.
After graduating from University of Nebraska-Omaha with a Bachelors Degree in communications with an emphasis in International Business, David landed a job as the Editor of a national sport magazine, DFA Sport as well as becoming a free-lance contributing writer for the Union Pacific Railroad internal communications department.
After his time with DFA Sport, David obtained a position at Star Trac, the Irvine based commercial exercise equipment maker. During his time at Star Trac, David assisted in the firms growth of annual revenue from 5 million to 25 million within a four year period serving a dual role as Marketing Manager and International Business Unit Manager running a 4 million dollar annual export business expanding from 40 to 65 countries within 2 years.
After his time with Star Trac, David serviced his entrepreneurial appetite and started his own public relations practice, eventually joining Rodheim Marketing Group as a strategic partner and strategist. He became Accredited in Public Relations, a leadership benchmark for the industry association, and was recognized with a PROTOS Award by the Public Relations Society of America for “Best Overall Marketing Campaign” in 2003. In 2004, David wrote a story that won a ESPY Award nomination for the “Most Inspirational Sports Story of the Year by ESPN.
